Delivery Service:

Our delivery service runs from Monday through to Saturday. Same day delivery is available if you place an order by 10am AEDT. Or you can choose your preferred delivery date via our calendar.

What if I miss the same day delivery cut off?

No worries! Give our store a call and we will do our best to accomodate your delivery request.

Where do we deliver?

Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Marcus Hill, Point Lonsdale, Wallington, Clifton Springs, Connewarre. Curlewis, Drysdale, Leopold, Mannerim, Swan Bay, Queenscliff, Bellarine, Moolap, Portarlington, Armstrong Creek, Breamlea, Charlemont, Geelong, Geelong West, Grovedale, Highton, Indented Heads, St Leonards.

Please note, we are a small, independent business and do not use a third party courier. Due to this, our delivery fees vary by distance ranging from $10.00 - $28.00.

We endevaour to have all deliveries complete by 6pm AEDT.

What if no one is home?

If the receiver is not home at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe place if one is available. All deliveries come wet packed so your flowers will have a water source to keep them fresh as possible.

If there is no suitable place to leave the flowers, we will try to contact you or the recipient before marking it as a redelivery (which will incur a fee).

Please utilise our special delivery instruction box to make note of any specific delivery preferences to make the process as smooth as possible.

*IMPORTANT*

Flower orders that include alcohol cannot be left unattended and must be received in person by someone over the age of 18. Proof of ID must be shown.

In the case of an unanswered delivery in this instance, a redelivery fee will be charged.

Also to note: to have the delivery process runs as smoothly as possible please provide the recipient's phone number and any relevant information such as gate codes at check out. Instances where we cannot safely access the property to complete the delivery will incur a redelivery charge.

In Person Collection:

If you prefer to collect your flowers in person, in-store pick up is available from our Ocean Grove Studio. Please select this option at the cart page and check out and we will be in touch via email or txt with a suitable time to collect your items. Please ensure to have your order confirmation and ID on hand.
