Refund Policy

Below policies are applicable for all retail orders placed on www.florette.com.au

CANCELLATION OR CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:

Please contact us as soon as possible at studio@florette.com.au to cancel or make changes to an order. Any cancellation requests or changes to your original order are subject to our discretion.

Due to the perishable nature of our items, if your order is already in the preparation stages, no refunds will be given. We will do our best to accomodate any requests regarding change of colour, size or style etc if appropriate notice is given before your item has been created.

Florette does not accept cancellations based on change of mind.

Florette reserves the right to cancel, refund or exchange any item at our discretion.

Wishing Well Clause: Please note, there are strictly NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS or CHANGE OF MIND allowances permitted on our Handcrafted Italian Crepe Paper Wishing Wells.

Florette will endeavour to safely and securely pack this delicate item, however we cannot control or take responsibility for any damage that may occur once it has left our studio. Any concerns or issues that may arise involving shipment should be referred to Australia Post.

REFUND POLICY:

Florette does not offer refunds in the case of inaccessible delivery.

To avoid this, please provide the recipient's name, phone number and any relevant information such as gate codes / property access instructions when placing your order. Instances where we cannot safely access the property to complete the delivery will incur a redelivery charge.

Florette does not offer refunds in the case of incorrect address. Please ensure the recipient's address is correct when placing your order.

Flowers are natural and perishable items and require care to get the most out of them. Please follow our bloom care instructions below to get the most out of your florals.

In the right conditions, arrangements should last between 3 days - 7 days.

If you have any concerns or issues with your flowers, please email us at studio@florette.com.au within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Florette reserves the right to ask for any photographs or request a return of the original flowers to help with our quality control and replacement offerings.

Please note, we cannot offer any replacements or refunds due to change of mind based on flower design, colour, and variety. All our flower arrangements come with a seasonality and florist's choice clause. Pictures provided on our website are a guide of what to expect, and at Florette we reserve the right to substitute where necessary throughout the season, however endeavour to deliver as close to the reference provided as market availability allows.
